I’m not going to dwell on resistance too much, because we all know that what we focus on increases, and if I keep focusing on resistance, and how resistant I feel, I’m going to get more resistance aren’t I?
Just stands to reason. So what I’m going to focus on is how to create little practical tools to get me through the resistance. Meditation works, changing my environment works, getting inspired works.
I watched a fantastic, fantastic video today. It was all about what the law of attraction film should’ve been about. Which was step by step concrete actions you can do to change the impact of the law of attraction in your life.
I was reminded very strongly that one of the best, most important parts of the words the law of attraction is the word action because if you don’t take action, nothing’s going to happen. And Elizabeth Gilbert who’s a very well known writer, she says that there are lots of ideas swirling out there in the universe, in the creative morass, just waiting to be plucked.
And that if you don’t take it and do something with it if you have an idea, then someone else will very quickly. So if you do have a great idea, try and get some momentum going, try and get any kind of action going. Just to move the idea one step forward.
I’m reminded of this every time I try and write, I have a great idea and if I don’t sit down straight away to write about it, it just goes away again.
