We went around to my sister, Heather’s, and one of the first things we found was that her partner, Richard, had bought himself a smart speaker. How exciting is that?
And he was trying to master the whole, you know, giving it commands and everything and it got me thinking about how quickly the adoption is going for this.
In fact, even I am thinking of buying one. And then I stopped and thought; I don’t actually need one because I’ve got Siri.
The question that struck me then was; What is the voice of your business? What does your business sound like? Does your business even have a voice on these platforms?
Certainly, if you have a podcast, you’ll find that you’ll be found and if you’re doing anything on audio and video, then you’ve got a better chance of being found.
But just stop and think about it for a minute.
Does your business have a voice? If someone searched for you, would you be found? I’ll leave you thinking about that.
