That gives Nicola plenty of editing work to do which she finds creative. And Judith’s been noticing her clients behaving idiosyncratically this week. She’s also done a rare thing, some batching and scheduling of social media content in anticipation of a busy week.

Chloe sends in a challenge she’s experiencing in her business which she runs with her sister, Pippa. Increasingly clients are choosing to contact them via Facebook and other social apps and platforms, instead of their own preferred and somewhat old school email, phone and texts. They lost a couple when they tried to drag them from Facebook to email. What should they do, mirror their clients’ preferred method of contact or stick to their guns?
