Seeing an advert for a Marketing Director at a very grand hotel near where I live in England, I popped over to their website to see what they were doing online at the moment.

For my third tip, I’d suggest they get involved with some of the local companies because there is a fantastic digital community in Brighton and while London and Manchester are rapidly getting known for being a digital hub, Brighton is not getting the recognition it deserves.
So, if they could sort that out, then they’d be a long way towards putting themselves on the map as somewhere that is attractive for young people, as well as for the older, more established client, shall we say.
