You can’t sell anything to nobody. It’s amazing how many people go through days, weeks, even months sometimes setting up an online business without having thought for one nanosecond who they’re going to sell stuff to.
Now I have a client who regularly wants to do live workshops and we have started from scratch building her mailing list and a following, and it’s going really, really well.
She actually gets more traffic to her website than I do. I heard someone who trains trainers the other day saying that for every bottom on a seat on a workshop you want to get, you need 1,000 people on your mailing list. And I think she’s probably about right.
You need to think who am I going to sell these products or services to and how am a going to get enough of them looking at my offers in order to be able to make a sale?
