Sarah and I are on a roll now, working together at the dining room table, the lovely view helps! I’m starting to forget what day it is, and have given up wearing my watch entirely. Today is…..Saturday, I think!
Working till lunchtime, that is, when the brats wake up, turn on Big Brother and generally kill the peace and quiet, and then, once they have “brunched” we all head down to the municipal pool around 2pm when the lifeguard arrives to open up. He’s cute actually – one for the ladies, though, not the girls!
The plan tonight was to cook the kids something (chicken fajitas) and then head up to the Castillo Restaurant to eat ourselves and book us in for Chloe’s birthday. But as soon as dinner was over, my energy levels dropped and I headed up to bed! Only about 10.30pm….this being on holiday stuff is exhausting!
The kids WERE going to stay in and watch a movie (they are all sharing a Harry Potter book currently) but then the doorbell rang, local kids wanting them to come out, so that was the last we saw of them for hours!
Talking of movies, I’ve finally puzzled out that I needed to re-install the FlipVideo software on my new lappie, in order to view my flipvideos. I was hearing the sound but not seeing the video, and that included all the Stoupa videos – including interviews with Elias Hontzeas and Richard, the property viewing videos – as well as the exclusive interview with Jennie Armato, we recorded in London when we went out for dinner.
So I’ve been busy editing them, but can’t upload to YouTube, as it will take hours according to the timer shown on YouTube, so I might have to plug into the router and try that, as the wireless is just not man enough for the job, even in .wmv format.
Little things….and in the grand scheme of things…miniscule.
Just look at this sunset!
