Today I’m in Sydney, and I’ve got 14 of these videos to record and two Vzines. And I’m doing that because I’m going to be travelling the next time I’d ordinarily record.
And my god, the resistance is strong today, it’s so strong I had to actually lie down and meditate two 15-minute meditations to get through this resistance, but I felt much better when I’d finished.
I felt very relaxed, I can tell you, nearly fell asleep on the second one, but I was able to get up, turn the camera on and get going. So how can you find a way to beat your resistance?
