One of the ways I find to beat resistance, which rears its ugly head on a regular basis in my life, is to change my environment.
It’s either to go for a walk, go for a coffee, go to meet a friend, going for a look at nature, that helps enormously. Or just getting up and tidying up.
Sometimes just by tidying up my environment or putting things away or doing a chore that I’ve been resisting as well, that’ll just change my environment enough to break the mood that I’m in that’s allowing me to carry on resisting, to carry on resisting what I don’t want to do, but I know I need to do.
