CAN I TALK TO YOU FIRST?

While most clients feel comfortable enough, having been on my mailing list for years, or having met me / seen me speak, to go right ahead and confirm their place in my limited-space intenet marketing mentoring programme, some feel that they would like to talk their project over first.

I’m happy to do that by email with no charge, but if you really would prefer to book a phone call, then you will need to pay for an initial session. I do require that your session is paid for in advance of us speaking and that, once confirmed, if you want to rearrange your call, you give me 48 hours notice. I also request that you respect my time by calling in on time.

A one-off, one hour coaching session with me is £500 plus VAT per hour which can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or Paypal.

If you go on to work with me at either mentoring level this initial session will be credited towards your total payment.

THEN WHAT HAPPENS?

Before your initial session, you should send me details of your project by email, with an existing website links, or content created to date.

We will issue an invoice for the programme, less any deductions (see above) which is payable in full, before your first call. The process is set up like this, to establish if you have a viable project, if you are serious about your project, and if you are easily able to invest in it.

We will arrange a mutually agreed time slot to talk, during the day, on a Wednesday. If you need to change your appointment, I will accommodate you where I can, but still on a Wednesday. There will be no refunds if you drop out of the mentoring before your entitlement has been used up.
